I. Creating an Account
Creating an account on ShopMODA online is the first page to this telling of your very own style story.
Setting up your account is really easy. In fact, it only takes three steps!
Step 1: Hover your mouse over "My Account" then select "Sign Up"
Step 2: Fill in all the required fields.
Step 3: Click "Submit", and you're good to go!
For added convenience, you can immediately add a preferred mailing address (or even multiple mailing addresses) by going to "My Account" right after your account creation
II. Ordering in ShopMODA
We've made the ShopMODA shopping experience as convenient and as enjoyable as possible!
We reckon that this isn't your first outing when it comes to making online purchases. That's why we've made the process as easy and matter-of-fact as possible. Purchasing in our online store is the same, if not simpler, than other prominent online stores.
First, just log-in to your account. Logging in ensures faster and easier checkouts every time. After that, use the search bar to quickly find that item you're looking for. Another way we've made shopping @ ShopMODA more fun is by choosing items through collections that we meticulously put together.
Pick an item by hitting the "Add to Cart" button. You can view all the items you picked in the shopping cart, ready for checkout later.

III. Getting First Dibs on the Latest Collections and Hottest Discounts & Promos
We know you love the international multi-label, high-street fashion offers that we carry in all our stores. That's why here at ShopMODA we're making sure that you'll be the first to know about new arrivals and hottest collections, before everybody else, through our newsletter.
What's more, we feature online-only discounts and promos that you can avail through the MODA newsletter subscription, the Facebook fan page, or Instagram. Best to keep your eyes peeled for any announcements.
IV. Returning Wrong/Missing/Defective Items
Some stories are worth telling the second time around. That's why we've made returns less complicated.
Just drop us a private message on our Facebook page with the following information so we can process your returns in no time:
a. Your order number
b. An incident report
c. A copy of the invoice
d. Pictures of the wrong/missing/defective item/s.

V. Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of orders should be done within one hour after the receipt of email notifying you of a successful transaction. You will be refunded fully via your payment mode (Paypal) within five working days.
VI. Shipping Inquiries
We want our items to be delivered to us safe and fast, and we know that you want that too. For every purchase online, we make sure that you're getting the best treatment that you deserve--as if you're buying directly in our stores.
Orders placed on the ShopMODA online store should be given a delivery time of 3-5 working days, between 9 am to 6 pm, which means that weekends and holidays shouldn't be counted in the delivery time.
Example: Orders made on a Thursday will be received on Tuesday (earliest), between 9 am to 6 pm.
Due to restrictions and limitations in effect on these selected institutions and organisations, we will not be able to deliver to the following areas:
- Jurong Island
- Tuas Link
- Changi Cargo
- Country Clubs
- Army Camps
- Seletar Aerospace
- Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
- Turf Club Avenue
- Singapore Prison Quarters
- Airbase sites
- SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1
- ST Kinetics
- Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport
- Areas and Territories outside Singapore

If you work at the above locations, we strongly encourage you to set your shipping address to a location where our drivers can deliver to, such as your home address.
Shipping Terms and Conditions:
- Free shipping will be applied, if you select our Click & Collect at our H-Store Takashimaya.
- Our shipping charges starts from SGD5.00, and may vary due to weight of the items.
- For voucher codes and automatic discounts, the qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased after the voucher code or discount is applied.
- Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.
- To know the final shipping charges for your purchase, please refer to the checkout page before making the payment
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.
Receiving Your Package
A personal appearance is required for the package to be successfully delivered to you. There will be a proof of delivery document. Therefore, only the authorised/intended recipient will be able to sign upon the delivery of the parcel.
In such an event that you're not available once the courier arrives, they will leave you a message or call you directly. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time. You can track your order with the tracking code provided by the courier.

Change in address and cancellation of order
Any changes and cancellation in the order should be placed within an hour after an order is made. You can do this by sending us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org
A confirmation email is sent to your email once a successful transaction has been made. Expect to receive this email within an hour of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again.
You can also verify if a transaction was successful by viewing your account at the 'My Account' dashboard. All successful transactions will be reflected in the list shown.
VIII. Payments FAQs
All payments for every order will be coursed through our elected payment solution. We chose Paypal for their track record in excellent customer service and outstanding safety. All vouchers, e-gift cards and store credits generated by ShopMODA are valid and accepted. Use of any unauthorized voucher, e-gift cards and store credits will result in failure of activating discount/transaction.
Remember: Every successful order will be followed up by a confirmation email from us within an hour.
Applying a voucher/coupon
At CT, we want our customers to get the best value. At special times, we offer this by giving out vouchers and coupons. Using them is practically effortless:
In the checkout page, look for a grey box that says "Apply Promo Code". Enter the promo code and click "Apply".
However, there are malicious institutions that might take advantage of this value we're extending. In order for you to be guided and protected against these, please take note of the following:
- MODA and all its affiliates only communicate promos with vouchers and coupons on our official social media sites (MODA SG for Facebook and Instagram) and through newsletters.
- Vouchers and coupons are given away for free, in line with promos in our online store.
- Discounts and promos in our store locations doesn't necessarily coincide with discounts and promos in the online store (vice versa) unless explicitly indicated/communicated through marketing collaterals (both digital and traditional).

IX. Data Safety
The nature of online stores and online payments revolves around payment systems using credit cards and payment solutions. These data are confidential, personal and extremely important. Protecting this is our utmost priority. Our payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by VeriSign. You can see the transaction is secure if you see a keylock at the bottom right of your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant.
PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout. If the balance is lower than the total payment, PayPal offers credit products or the option to pay from your bank account or a credit card.
