Return Policy

ShopModa offers a possibility for customers to return damaged (due to seller's negligence)/wrong/defective item(s) and be exchanged with the same item(s) or refunded.


As such, we highly recommend everyone to send an email to so we could further assist you in executing the return of damaged/wrong/defective item(s).


In addition, please be mindful of the following conditions in order to facilitate proper returns process:

  1. Returns must be done within 7 days upon receipt of purchase
  2. Item(s) to be returned must be unused, with tags still on, in the original brand packaging (if applicable)
  3. Item(s) must not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items.


For Havaianas merchandise

Every time you buy a pair of flip-flops from us within 7 days upon receipt of purchase, you can return them, exchange them for a pair of new flip-flops (add the extra amount if exchanging for higher priced flip-flops), or get a refund no questions asked.

If you need to return damaged/wrong/defective item(s) to us, please send us an email at to facilitate the return process.


Please take note: ShopModa will not be held liable for any cost incurred during the return process.


However, if the fault falls in our hands (ex. damaged goods through negligence, wrong/defective item(s) delivered, customers should not have to pay for return shipping. 

Refund Policy

Your returned items, together with your registered mail slip, are received and accepted within 3-5 working days after the drop-off at any courier service. This is why we recommend returning item(s) to the OneThread Ion Orchard store for an expedited process.

Aside from exchange of item, a refund can also be issued, if elected as indicated on the return slip. Your refund will then be credited to your Paypal/credit card account within 5 working days.

Please ensure that all your refund options and details are indicated clearly and correctly on the returns slip. You will receive a notification email once the refund is complete.
